You can add new papers by PMID using the "add new resouce" page. Provide the ids one in a row.
To browse the papers you can either select "list resources" to list all or search them by PMID, title etc. by selecting "search".
You can add comments and look at all the details of a paper by giving the PMID and pressing edit on any of the previous pages.
